First, if you’re not getting enough sleep. This is important because it’s part of a healthy fitness routine. If you’re working out and you’re sleep deprived, you are increasing your chances of hurting yourself.
Fatigue causes a decrease in your performance and you raise your risk of injury. It’s still up to you how to manage this dilemma. As a tip, if you haven’t had any good sleep for the week, just nap first.
